Important tips for registering more than one individual…
1. Be sure to click the box "Yes" on the first page of the online registration where it asks "Will you be registering more than one person for this event"? If you click "No", it won't allow you to add more names.
2. After you've answered the hotel lodging question for the first registrant, the online registration form will take you to the "add person" page for adding another name for the event. Enter the e-mail address in the box (typically the same address you used for the first person), and then click the "Add Person" button directly below the e-mail box, NOT the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. The site will then ask information about that additional person (name, etc.), ask again how many you're registering in total (check the appropriate box), then take you to the lodging page again, and finally back once again to the "Add person" page.
Once you're done adding people, that's when you click "Continue" at the bottom of the "add person" page. This will take you to the payment page where you enter your credit card information. This payment page should show the total number of people you are registering for the event. If you get to the payment page too soon by mistake, just hit the "Back" button on your browser to take you back to the "Add person" page.
If you encounter any difficulties with online registration, just let us know by calling 1-800-539-7395. Thanks!
