Discounted airfares:
We have discounted fares to Vancouver with Air Canada for travel to Vancouver, BC. The discount provides 10% off the published fares, and is available for travel up to three days prior (February 5) and three days after the symposium (February 15).

Booking procedure:
To book flights using the discount promotional code, go to the Air Canada web site at www.aircanada.com. In the search panel for entering your travel information, there’s a box marked “Promotion Code”. Enter the code for this meeting: DRPZNEZ1.

It also always pays to shop around. Our favorite web site for exploring options is www.kayak.com. It brings together fares from all major air carriers and other ticketing sites (like Expedia, Orbitz, CheapTickets, etc.) all in one place, so comparison-shopping is easy. There are then links with Kayak that take you directly to those other sites.
