We're beginning our 19th year of providing continuing education for the veterinary profession …

W. Drew Turner, DVM
Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Surgeons

Founder and Executive Producer

At ContinuEd, we bring you the most current, state-of-the-art seminars available anywhere. Since 1990, we have earned a firmly-established reputation for excellence in continuing education, producing nearly 600 seminars and symposia on a wide variety of topics to thousands of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, administrators, and veterinary hospital personnel at locations throughout North America, and in Asia.

It is our fundamental belief that you learn better in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere - and our goal is to provide that in every meeting we produce. You'll always have a place to sit, with a writing surface, and refreshments available throughout seminar sessions. Unlike large conventions, we limit the number of registrants in every meeting we produce, assuring you the level of attention and interactivity that you deserve.

Our list of speakers reads like a "Who's Who" of Veterinary Medicine. We firmly believe that the quality of the programs we produce is unequaled in the veterinary profession.Compare our depth of experience (this will be our 18th year of producing seminars exclusively for the veterinary profession) and total number of programs produced and variety. We feature a diverse mixture of programs for small animal and equine veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, hospital administrators and support staff.

Numerous other companies have attempted to duplicate what we do, but no other private provider of continuing education for the veterinary profession comes close to providing the range and depth of seminars we produce. Unlike most other providers, continuing education isn't just something we do "on the side". It's is all we do... so we can focus all of our attention on bringing you great continuing education programs.Time and again our previous participants tell us:

"This is the best continuing education program I've ever attended".

Some additional notes…

IMPORTANT: Please reconfirm all program dates and locations prior to booking hotel or air arrangements.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: ContinuEd is recognized by the National Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE) as an approved provider of continuing education programs for the veterinary profession (as required for CE credit in California and some other states.) Our RACE provider number is 20. Consult your local regulatory board regarding requirements for claiming C.E. credit for any given program.

TAX CONSIDERATIONS: Many expenses for continuing education are tax-deductible. Keep accurate records and check with your tax advisor.

DISCOUNTS: There are discounts when multiple individuals from a given practice or company register for the same program. See the individual program registration information for additional details regarding discounts available for that specific program. Many programs also offer significant discounts for early registration.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Things happen that can change your plans. We know that. We believe we have the most liberal cancellation policy in the industry. The registration cancellation deadline for all of our programs is the same as the final registration cut-off date indicated for that program. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time up to and including that cutoff date, and receive a refund, less an administrative fee (fee varies by program). Also, instead of receiving a refund, you can choose to have the total amount you've paid for your registration credited forward and applied to the registration fees for any future program we produce within two calendar years. If you do this, we waive the administrative fee. We keep a record in our office, and when you go to register for a future program, just remind us that you have a credit from a past program. We just ask that you make note of the meeting you had to cancel your registration for, to make it easier to locate your record in the future. The credit is also transferrable, and can be applied towards ANY individual(s) registration fee(s), not just the person who originally registered.

No show policy: Since many of our programs sell out, and since we are required to provice guarantees of accurate head counts to hotels catering services many days in advance of a scheduled program, there are no refunds for no shows. If you don't show up for a program you register for, we not only miss the opportunity to provide your place to someone else, but we also still have to pay for hotel services that were ordered in advance for you. If you fail to show up for a meeting, and don't inform us in advance, you forfeit your registration fee. Illness related no shows are handled on a case by case basis. Contact our office.
