Some additional notes…

IMPORTANT: Please reconfirm all program dates and locations prior to booking hotel or air arrangements.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: ContinuEd is recognized by the National Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE) as an approved provider of continuing education programs for the veterinary profession (as required for CE credit in California and some other states.) Our RACE provider number is 20. Consult your local regulatory board regarding requirements for claiming C.E. credit for any given program.

TAX CONSIDERATIONS: Many expenses for continuing education are tax-deductible. Keep accurate records and check with your tax advisor.

DISCOUNTS: There are discounts when multiple individuals from a given practice or company register for the same program. See the individual program registration information for additional details regarding discounts available for that specific program. Many programs also offer significant discounts for early registration.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Things happen that can change your plans. We know that. We believe we have the most liberal cancellation policy in the industry. The registration cancellation deadline for all of our programs is the same as the final registration cut-off date indicated for that program. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time up to and including that cutoff date, and receive a refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Also, instead of receiving a refund, you can choose to have the total amount you've paid for your registration credited forward and applied to the registration fees for any future program we produce within two calendar years. We keep a record in our office, and when you go to register for a future program, just remind us that you have a credit from a past program. We just ask that you make note of the meeting you had to cancel your registration for, to make it easier to locate your record in the future. The credit is also transferrable, and can be applied towards ANY individual(s) registration fee(s), not just the person who originally registered.

No show policy: Since most of our programs sell out, and since we need to provide guarantees of accurate head counts to hotels catering services many days in advance of a program, there are no refunds for no shows. If you don't show up for a program you register for, we not only miss the opportunity to provide your place to someone else (in the event of a waiting list situation with sold out programs), but we also still have to pay for meal services that were ordered in advance for you. If you fail to show up for a meeting, and don't inform us in advance, you forfeit your registration fee. Illness related no shows are handled on a case by case basis. Contact our office.
